A delicious recipe. So good, in fact, that my husband begged me to make another batch the moment that this was gone. I actually made this with "One Minute Chocolate icing" and it made something far too nummy for words. Do use 1 cup of flour instead of the entire amount and be ready for a brownie that is more cake than dense fudge.

Great recipe and so easy to customize. We went rummaging through our cupboards and just threw in what veggies we had on hand and it still turned out beautifully!

These cookies are amazing with their almost brownie-like texture. We tried them with white chocolate chips as well and found them just as divine. These cookies will not disappoint!
