Mom's Best Macaroni Salad
The best mac salad ever. It is a must at every family get together. I use spiral noodles and yellow peppers instead of the green. I omit the celery and add cucumbers to it. Very good...

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
My family loved this. It was so easy to make and the family devoured it. I did add the stuffing to the cream of Chicken and milk. I added an extra cup of the dry to the top then added the butter on top.

Albondigas
I have been making this soup for around a year. It is quick and tasty. My family loves it. I use beef broth instead of bullion cubes. I also serve it with a warm crusty bread. MUST TRY. Very simular to stew. Great for potlucks and left overs.
