I am a mother of 2 happy,lovely girls,3 if you include our loving, cute papillon-maltese puppy. My time is shared with multi-tasking everyday. I run a household and am a chef at our local coffee house in town. I also cater and perform live cooking demos. I also enjoy entertaining at home for our friends. We always seem to have a great turn out for our parties. My husband says that it's because of my unique menu items, how many people get to eat linguini with clam sauce,bruschetta anipasto salad, manicotti stuffed with ricotta and goat chesse, and lavender cookies or olive oil cake? ANYTHING EDIBLE!!!! Thanksgiving, making homemade bagels for our dog, Stella, and my family helping me with my cooking demos (including my mother). My first catering job (which included a wedding cake) When I made a banana omelet for my brother at age 10 (who knew bananas and eggs didn't go well together in an omelet?). When, at age twelve, I made spaghetti for my family and kept it warm in the oven in a plastic bowl (it wasn't edible but it was a nice piece of art!).
