Banana Chip Muffins I
This is a great recipe. I liked it because it required less sugar and oil. I did add a 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 5 tbsp of dessicated coconut powder and 1tbsp of vanilla essence.

Quick Coffee Cake
Great cake! I did not change any of the ingredients but what I did was what another reviewer said and added pecans and dessicated coconut powder. I just roasted both of it and then sprinkled it on top of the sugar mixture. The recipe as such has jus tthe right sweetness. I guess if you want it reallly sweet you might have to increase the amount of sugar.

Chocolate Snack Cake
Super moist cake. I did add milk instead of water. But did not change anything else. I baked it in a 9 x 5 loaf pan for about 45 mins.
