About this Cook
I'm a mommy of three beautiful kids and married to my best friend. I'm a stay at home mommy and homeschooler.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook just about anything. I love to watch my kids' faces light up when I make something really special for them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I like going to my Tia's house to make Tamales at Christmas time.
My cooking triumphs
I've recently developed Celiac disease and my greatest triumph is accepting the challenge of cooking gluten-free, learning to read labels carefully, and come up with some great tasting meals.
My cooking tragedies
The most memorable would be when I was about 10 and wanted to make dinner for my family. I made a meat loaf that I was very proud of until my dad crunched an eggshell while eating a piece. EWWWW!!!

Snickerdoodles II
These were fabulous. I, too, used butter and had to add a bit more flour.

Having Celiac disease, I was excited to find this delicious recipe. It came out very well. Super easy, inexpensive to make, and lasted a long time. Great soup.
