I'm a mommy of three beautiful kids and married to my best friend. I'm a stay at home mommy and homeschooler. I like to cook just about anything. I love to watch my kids' faces light up when I make something really special for them. I like going to my Tia's house to make Tamales at Christmas time. I've recently developed Celiac disease and my greatest triumph is accepting the challenge of cooking gluten-free, learning to read labels carefully, and come up with some great tasting meals. The most memorable would be when I was about 10 and wanted to make dinner for my family. I made a meat loaf that I was very proud of until my dad crunched an eggshell while eating a piece. EWWWW!!!
