Born in Fon du Lac Wisconsin, grew up in Miami. spent the majority of my life in Florida. Spent 8 years united States Navy as an Aviation Electrician. Attended Cullinary School of D.C. 1989. Worked for Hyatt, California Cafe, Dennys, Ruby Tuesdays. I am now an artist and restaurant consultant.
