Lemon Bread

My preliminary review (as I have only just removed the bread from the oven and glazed it) is that this bread will be delicious. However, I would caution anyone just trying this recipe to remove the bread right away from the pan (as the instructions dictate) as this is a recipe for a broken loaf. Give the bread 5 minutes or so to settle in the pan and then remove it. Otherwise, I will almost definitely make this bread again.

Fluffy Biscuits

Absolutely the best biscuits I've ever made or tasted. These came together so easily and tasted so soft and mild. I had them for breakfast with the pumpkin butter (from this site) and they were FANTASTIC. Note, I didn't roll these out and cut them. I simply kneaded the dough a bit in the bowl until it was smooth and then torn off chunks and rolled into balls which I patted down on top once on the pan. They rose beautifully and looked very organice. Love, love, love these biscuits.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Yep, true to the description, these are the chocolate chip cookies you;ve been looking for. Awesome, chewy, chocolatey goodness. By the way, if you don't have unsalted butter, just use salted but leave out the 1/2 tsp of salt called for in the recipe. Works fine.
