Homemade Flour Tortillas
well, i don't have lard, so i did the unthinkable and used canola oil instead, and they turned out great! my family says i'm no longer allowed to buy tortillas!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
delicious, whole family loved it! my first time making meatballs and i see no need to ever use another recipe!

Zucchini and Corn Topped with Cheese
tasty, good with leftover chopped ham the next day. may add some spice next time.
