Carrot Cake III
I loved this recipe. I followed the advice about 3 cups of powdered sugar for the frosting and replacing some of the oil with applesauce. It was really really moist and perfect, I thought it was wonderful. It was my first made from scratch cake and it made me feel like I am a good baker. I love that!

World's Best Lasagna
This was pretty tasty, too much salt. You can just leave it out, there is pleanty in the meat and cheese. There was plenty of leftover sauce so I added a jar of premade sauce and made a second batch. We actually liked the second batch better. Will use sauce recipe again. Great sauce for spaghetti!

Classic Chicken Noodle Soup
This soup was really easy and very yummy. I just finished slurping up the rest of the broth out of my bowl. I always add way more veggies and noodles than the recipe calls for and it held up fantastic. This is the one that I will keep on making!
