Lemon Cloud Pie II
I had a pie like this 40 years ago in a small diner in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and have been looking for a recipe ever since. This is a great recipe but make it easier on yourself. Fold fresh whipped cream into a cooled, cooked lemon pudding and pie filling mix (I like Jello brand); pour into a prepared cooked crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours and you'll have the best dessert ever!

Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread
This is a keeper - not oily like traditional recipes. And the taste is great!

Farm Macaroons
These were delicious! I upped the amount of coconut to 3 cups for more chewiness and I lined the pan with waxed paper before dropping the cookie dough onto the cookie sheets. Very easy clean-up and saved the grease and flour step. Be sure to let the cookies completely cool before trying to remove them. They'll just peel off the waxed paper.
