Blue Cheese Dressing
I left out the onion and garlic and it came out very nicely

The Best Thai Coconut Soup
Brilliant! I didn't have enough coconut milk so I made up with sour cream and creamed coconut. Wasn't hot enough for me so I added some cayenne pepper at the end to finish it up. The flavour really is excellent

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Brilliant! I didn't have any nuts so I jazzed it up with a good shot of nutmeg and some cinnamon. Delicious!
