Quick Coffee Cake
Very easy and loved that everthing was common pantry items. On top of that it tasted great! Just changed the sugar to 2/3 of a cup.

Chicken Flautas
very good! Loved it the second time around. I did make my own dipping sauce which just add to its greatness. Sauce was simply half a jar of jalapeno jelly and 3-4 tbs. honey warmed up in a sauce pan. What a kepper!

Easy Chicken Fajita Soup
Great Flavor! I loved this soup! My family members don't eat much soup so they could take it or leave it but I thought s it was great and didn;t feel bad eating it either. it was a filling and healthy. LOVED it!
