This is the best curry I've had, ever. I cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces (makes it more flavorful). I also doubled the recipe. I added a teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and a sprinkling of ground coriander. This is a family favorite-it's been requested for the second time this week!Thanks!

My Dad said that this is the best macaroni and cheese he's ever had-and the rest of the family agrees. This was refreshingly different but incredibly good. Thanks! Suggestions for lower fat/calories: low fat cottage cheese instead of regular cottage cheese and minus the buttery bread crumb topping. Or just minus the butter equivalent.
