I'm a 51 year old married professional who likes to cook but is not always good at it. I am at times impatient and like to be shown how to do things rather than read a recipe well. So many of suceesses have been though luck but I have had fun doing it! I like comfort food and I also like to bake. My husband will eat almost anything so I will try out many recipes knowing he is always a willing participant. Christmas holiday is always at my house and I am always looking for new ideas for the holiday meal. We often also do the Thanksgiving holiday too. Typical holiday feast, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, sage stuffing, 20lb bird, pumpkin pie. Beef tenderloin for 20 people at Christmas. I make delicious and creative salads. Never being able to make a good meatloaf the same way twice.
