I am a father of 3 wonderful kids & husband of many years. I just plain love to cook. Since I gave up smoking several years ago my taste buds have exploded with all the new flavors of different food combinations. Anything in a dutch oven, this cooking device is a gem when properly used. Canyon Potatoes, Peach Cobbler, Chille Verde are just a few of my favorites. I also love cooking breads. Once upon a time a little chef had only 3 ingredients, a can of baby whole potatoes, some flour & can of beer. The little chef thought for a minute and then blam! a recipe was born, baby mashed potatoes and beer gravy. Long story short it was the worst combination of ingredients ever!
