I followed Shelly's recipe and we had the best turkey we have ever had for Thanksgiving. It didnt fit in the fridge so I put it in a tote in the bathtub to let it soak in brine. I kept dumping ice in it to keep it cold. I did however use a oven bag because I like to make sure I get lots of flavorful juices for my gravy. It was perfection. Favorite thing in the world= bread pudding. This recipe is soooo good. Ive made others that were too "eggy", not this one. I made a loaf of white/wheat in the bread machine with maple syrup and it made this reicpe to die for. I have to control myself so there will be some left when the kids get home from school. So yummy!!
