Coronation Chicken
Very exotic tasting! I added a bit more curry just to flavor because I couldn't taste it as much as I'd like, but overall it was yummy and different! Served over a bed of lettuce and rice as a side dish and it's delicious!

No Bake Cookies III
NOM NOM NOM! These were so tasty! I had to improvise a little because the peanut butter here in Chile is SOO expensive! So I used something called "manjar" instead which is like this carmel sweet milk paste. They were No Bake Cookies Chilean style! My boyfriend and I ate them all in one night. Que gordos!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
I felt so professional cooking this recipe! I'm a beginning cook and I wanted to try something that sounded fun and the sour cream taste was just what I was looking for. Everyone that tried it here in Chile loved it because they had never eaten banana bread before. So much fun!
