Honey Oat Beer Bread
really easy to make, and I loved that I had all the ingredients! I also added more honey and sugar, but I'm not sure that made much of a difference. So I also served it with honey on top, which seems the best solution if you want something even remotely sweet. I've never made a beer bread, and I'm not even sure whether I've eaten one before, so I don't know what to compare it to. It had a great texture, with a soft inside and almost crispy crust. I also cooked it about 10 minutes longer.

Oatmeal Craisin Cookies
Very good. I made the mistake of adding the cranberries into the dry mixture so they would be easier to stir, as one reviewer suggested, but that just meant that the dry mixture stuck to the cranberries and didn't mix with the wet stuff as well. (I should have known better.) Probably as a result of that, the cookies seemed to "flatten out" more than I expect in a good cookie, but everyone else that ate them LOVED them.

Greek Pasta Salad I
delicious! I also used less oil/vinegar (and even then, the pasta on the bottom of the bowl was pretty vinegar-y,) and I substituted artichoke hearts for some of the mushrooms-people loved that! And I didn't put any meat in.
