Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Enjoyed the glaze. Suggestion: If you own a gas grill, place the pork chops on the top rack over foil and allow them to cook this way. The sugar in the glaze worn char this way. For the last two minutes, remove from the foil and place on the botton rack so you can get those lovely grill lines.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes
I rate this a 4 because even though the recipe is simple and quick, I think it lacked a bit of taste. Maybe next time I'll add a little something extra to it. Also, make sure you cook those potatoes well through. The result otherwise is not good.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
This was good and simple. Tip: If you want to make it for two, you need only 1lb. of pork, and even that leaves leftovers. The pork will cook in about two hours instead of 4. Also, be choosy about the type of BBQ sauch you use. It's really the main taste of this dish so you should be aware of which you prefer; hickory, honey, etc. Great recipe.
