This soup is great with or without the spinach. Just don't leave out the "Fresh Basil" I also minced the onions, and pureed the soup before adding the spinach. I will be making this recipe over and over. You don't need all that heavy cream to make a delicious soup, and this recipe proves it!

We loved this meatloaf recipe! I did use bread crumbs, and double the sauce as others suggested. I'm sure this will be our favorite meatloaf from now on. Thanks for recipe!
