Gob Cake
absolutely wonderful! Very moist and tasty. I did not use the icing recipe though, I used my own buttercream frosting.

Grandma's Baked Rice Pudding with Meringue
Best rice pudding recipe I've tried yet! Received lots of compliments. It got thicker as it sat in the fridge so I just added milk to thin a little before serving.
