Corn Chowder IV
Made this tonight for dinner. It was great! I discovered I was out of evaporated milk so I subbed 2%. Also, I added the kernels of 2 fresh ears of corn - I just happened to have them. Delicious!

Broccoli Casserole
My mother used to make this when I was a kid. I have searched and searched for her recipe. I was thrilled to find yours... Cheez Whiz, yes, that's the magic ingredient. Tastes just like Mom's. Fantastic!

Apple Crumb Pie
DE-LISH! I didn't make it "as-is" because I was out of raisins. I used a dried mixed berries (had golden raisins in it too). I also erred on the side of caution and doubled the amount of flour added to the apples. I used a mixture of Granny Smith and Honeycrisp apples. Kept the sugar amount the same. And I doubled the crumb topping (although doubling was too much - I didn't use it all). The pie turned out fantastic and it was a hit with the fam!
