Microwave Clam Chowder
This is a great way to make clam chowder in a hurry, the only thing I added was a pinch of thyme. Everyone in my family loved it, after trying 2 other recipes and failing. Thanks for the recipe, its a keeper!

Lemon Zucchini Bread
I followed the recipe to the "T" and the bread came out moist and was very good. I would add walnuts to the bread next time. Great recipe thank you.
