Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets
We didn't care for this ... definitely tooooo salty for us and it fell apart... we also used pollock if that made any difference.

Swanson(R) Maple Dijon Chicken
Don't know what I did, but this was just ok. The sauce never did thicken up and it was a bit weird for our liking. I really don't know how to make it different so we'll like it.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
We loved this! We must be the exception though, cause we wanted MORE sweetness! I only used about 1/4 cup and put it on the bottom as stated in recipe. Next time I'll use the full 1/2 cup. I added some ketchup to the meat and used onion soup mix as others along with plain and seasoned bread crumbs instead of crackers. Used one egg, 1/2 cup milk and no ginger (forgot actually!!) I also had to bake it quite a bit longer, so I'll raise the temp to 365 or 375 next time. This is our new meatloaf recipe! Thanks!
