Hard Taco Shells
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy! I just cook the tortillas on each side for a few seconds each in hot oil, then fold on the plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil. They are so quick to make and so good! Just don't forget to add the salt, it makes quite a difference to the taste. Yummy!

Baked Chicken Wings
I made these the other day. We really enjoyed them, but my family would prefer a little kick. I did add a dash of onion powder, but I will try a little dash of tabasco too the next time. The texture of the wings were great and the recipe was so easy. Thanks!
