Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a very good cookie recipe. I have tried all the standard ones in the past, but this by far has succeeded anything I have done. I used all of the recommendations by the comments left such as: use room temperature ingredients, refrigerate the dough when not using, cool the pan to room temperature when switching out batches, and so forth. I added a little cinnamon to mine, and that is about it. Yum!
