I hate to rate this recipe as is because I didn't give it a chance as is. It did turn out "fantastic" as stated though. I added 1 Tbsp Cumin, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, 2 diced fresh jalapenos with seeds, omitted 1 can of black beans and used pinto. Drained 1 can black beans, 1 can pinto, undrained 1 can black beans (bean juice is incredibly salty!), used 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes, 5 dashes Tabasco. My boyfriend had no idea I used ground turkey, the flavor was that good. No leftovers. :(
