Cream Cheese Frosting II
This recipe is pretty good, and super easy to make. I agree that it is a True Cream Cheese Frosting, I did though add about 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
very good! My kids loved them too, which is great!! A healthy cookie. I did not put them in the refridgerator, I was pressed for time, and they turned out wonerful!

Italian Sausage Soup
so yummy!! My husband thought this soup was the best soup ever!! Very easy and quick to make.
