Easy and Good! also a surprising amount of food. Both the wife and I only ended up eating about half of our pepper. I will make these again.

They were easy. they weren't bad, but need some tweeking. The sauce was a little starchy, and the ketchup flavor dominated (my opinion). I think I will try it again, only using less corn starch and 1/4cup ketchup 1/4cup BBQ sauce (instead of 1/2cup ketchup)

Yeah, its shepherds pie, so its not the most exotic thing you can put on the table. But it is quick, easy, and one of the most flavorful shepherds pie I have had. I did use all "optional" ingredients to put as much flavor in as possible. Long story short - quick, easy, tasty. If the family doesn't like it let them cook for themselves!
