This was my first Key Lime pie so I have nothing to compare it to; however, my son loved it! Personally, it was a little too rich for my taste, but it was pleasing to the palate.

Very disappointed in the consistency, or lack of, in this pie recipe. The taste was okay, but as other reviewers reported, too runny. I made this apple pie twice in 2 days, thinking that I had done something wrong....not so, the recipe should be revised - I'm thinking more flour to firm it up, as I've seen in other fruit pie recipes. I would try another recipe for better results.

Oh my gosh! This was my first pie ever and it made me a star on Labor Day! I took the advice of other reviewers and excluded the lemon juice, used firm peaches, and substituted brown for white sugar, while placing a lattice crust for optimal ventilation...absolutely sinful - a MUST TRY!
