Butternut Squash Soup
Delicious! Along with everyone else, I agree that one block of cream cheese was plenty. I will probably use 4 oz next time. I used 3 c. chicken stock with an additional large bullion cube. I think it could have used more liquid since I prefer my soup to be a little less thick. Seasonings were just right
