I am a pretty good but would like to get better. I would like to be able to whip things up by just using the recipe as a guide. comfort foods, seasonal, and bbq. Baking. Creating a pasta dish with fresh ingredients that my husband loves. He says that it is better then restaurant quality, and I agree, lol. Hockey puck cupcakes, made cupcakes from scratch for a tailgate, and they were very dense and dry. No one could eat them, so everyone started throwing them at one another :-)
