Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies were fantastic! Some of the best. I did however, make a couple of small changes (due to what was in my pantry and personal prefrence). Instead of 1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract, I did a whole teaspoon of vanilla. Also, i did 1/4 teaspoon salt because I didnt want them to come out too salty. I also LOVE coconut, so rather than only 1/2 cup of coconut, I did a full cup of coconut. You could tell just by looking at the batter when it was raw that it was going to be great because it had so many chocolate chips and so much coconut. They came out great and were especially good warm. The only problem that I had with them was that they seemed to stick to the bottom of my cookie sheet. (it may have just been my cookie sheet. Not sure), but for the second batch I lightly greased the bottom of the pan and they came out fine. Overall, I would definately reccomend this recipe to anybody. They're fool-proof. They were so easy to make and so delicious. I prefer these to any type of store bought cookies or cookie dough. Absoultely delicious! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
