Baked Tortilla Chips
A nice, easy break from bagged chips. I tried it with both flour and corn tortillas and corn is MUCH better.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.
WOW! I love scones, and these are the best I have ever made by far. I followed the recipe exactly, being careful not to overwork the batter. I didn't have any raisins on hand so I used semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heavenly!!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Dip was excellent! I made a few changes... sour cream instead of mayo, and a small amount of finely diced onion instead of onion flakes. I also added a little extra cheese on top and broiled it the last few minutes to brown nicely. It was gobbled up at a football party last night! I gave it a four just because I made so many changes...
