Quinoa and Black Beans
This was great, but agree with 'kaz' that the quinoa was a little lost in the dish. Finished the dish with juice from half a lime and served with a dollop of sour cream, diced avocado, chopped cilantro and the green parts of a bunch of green (spring) onions.
