I cooked it much longer than directed to. About 15 mins. longer. Don't know if it was my oven, my pan??? The apples got dried out as a result. It was good but i added cinnamon on top after it was done. It doesn't say to melt butter and I did and i think that was a mistake. It probably should have been room temperature. Ok overall.

I'd add more cheese on top of the potatoes. I used canned corn and beans, meant to use carrots. A good rib stickin' recipie. Thanks : )

Pretty good, the hashbrowns are the best part :D I added parsley.
