Master Recipe for Rich and Creamy Cheesecake
Excellent. I made the chesecake for Easter dinner exactly as described and it was honestly one of the best we've ever eaten, and quite simple. Everyone raved. I changed the crust (used recipe from Pumpkin Cheesecake II - 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c finely chopped pecans, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 c melted butter) which has a great flavor and no need for ladyfingers/heavy foil. Thanks for sharing.

World's Best Lasagna
Outstanding recipe. If you can find San Marzano crushed tomatoes - use them since they make a definite difference in any sauce and there will be no need for sugar. Also used a whole onion instead of minced for flavor and then removed it before assembling the lasagna. The only real thing I would change is that the recipe needed lots more ricotta, so I tripled what it called for and made a very large casserole for Easter dinner. Thanks for sharing.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
A wonderful recipe. I blanched the asapargus several hours in advance and cooled. Then spread a mix of cream cheese, minced onion, minced garlic & chives into a thinly sliced strip of prosciutto and wrapped around 3-4 asparagus stalks. I placed them all on cookie sheet lightly basted with olive oil, and also basted each asparagus bundle with olive oil so they do not crisp too much.
