Red Skinned Potato Salad
This was awsome potato salad loved by all at a large party. The guests couldn't get enough. I think I'll wrap the recipe up for gifts! It'll be my main dish at all pot lucks and picnics.

The Best Potato Salad
I needed to make potato salad for a party of 100 people. Having never made potato salad,I was a bit worried. I made several samples of differnt recipies for my family. This was without question the number one choice by all. Numerous people at the party asked for the recipe and the entire tray was gone in no time! I wouldn't change a thing.
