Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Absolutely delicious!!! At first I thought the marinade might make the mushrooms taste too much like vinegar, but once they were grilled, it turned out perfect!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Apple Crumble Pie
To die for!!! I used brown sugar in place of white sugar and it turned out marvelous. I also added cinnamon in the topping for a little extra flavor boost.
