I am a single mom of two beautiful little girls. My oldest just turned 9 and my youngest just turned 4 yrs old. I just moved to Seaford, DE with my boyfriend. I love spending time with my kids, him and his daughter.
My favorite things to cook
Smith Island Meatloaf, Homemade mac 'n cheese, Baked Greens beans, Corn Pudding, and my Honey glazed carrots.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Don't really have any. Actually trying to develop my own traditions for my kids. My grandfather usually had lasagna for christmas dinner which was different.
My cooking triumphs
Made dinners for friends, neighbors, family, and a couple events. Always gotten compliments on my food and even suggestions on opening my own restaurant.
My cooking tragedies
I started out pretty much burning everything until I got my timing down right. LOL
