I am born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. I want to become a Pastry Chef, even though I'm 15. Im enrolled in a Technology Magnet School. My tech class is Culinary Arts. I like making cakes, cupcakes, etc.
I'm a nice, fun, and outgoing person. Sometimes I can be real serious. I'm intelligent when it comes to school. I want an education so I can suceed in life. My dream is to be a pastry chef, writer/poet, mother, wife, famous and visit every state and country that has the best food in the world!!!!
My favorite things to cook
Chicken Parmesan, Charleston Chewies, Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits, fried shrimp, cabbage, butter cookies, cookies, etc.
My cooking tragedies
When I was making sugar cookies, I put too much self-rising flour in the bowl and it came out hugemongus.
