Blueberry Lemon Bread
Make sure you really dredge your berries so they don't sink. I ended up using 1 1/2 tablespoons on the berries and the second time around, turned out perfect!

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce
turned out soooo tangy and savory, it is now my staple for BBQ sauce, NEVER buying sauce again. Easy to tweek recipe for your taste. I preferred mine with Jim Beam and Hickory Smoke flavor. Powers and Mesquite turned out equally as good!!!

Mary's Pecan Crusted Chicken
This was amazing with potato/yam/ butternut squash au gratin and stuffing!!! Turned out absolutely delicious and really easy to make!
