Spinach Cheese Manicotti
This is one of those recipes that you save to make another day. I know it's a good one because my 16 year old helped himself to some left overs, gave me a kiss and sais "mom, that was the best". That's all I need :)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
very good cookies. My first batch I made too big, the second was perfect and the peanut butter cups sit just right in the center. Would make again for sure.
