Holiday Pumpkin Bread
I make this minus raisins and substitue 3 tsp of either pumpkin pie spice or Pampered Chef Cinnamon Spice Plus - it is a neighborhood hit! Incredibly moist!!

Chicken Marsala
Wonderful dish - restaurant quality. I used just Marsala vs. the cooking sherry and used cream with corn starch to make a thicker sauce. Served over garlic smashed potatos or angel hair pasta. YUM!!

Molten Chocolate Cakes
Love this recipe - it looks fancy but is super easy. Tip - skip or minimize amount of flour if you like it more gooey (sounds strange - but is delish). Sprinke with powdered sugar and fresh raspberries for an impressive finale to your dinner party!
