Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
This frosting is fantastic! I bake maybe 1x a year, but lately I've decided to do more. This was extremely easy to make, not very messy at all, and it was a big hit with everyone who had it. I used it as a filling for a double-decker chocolate fudge cake, with extra frosting along the outside, covered in chocolate chips, with a little bit of powdered suger sprinkled on top. Yummy!
