Raisin Buttermilk Coffee Cake
Great recipe! Only thing I added to the recipe was 2tsp of vanilla. Delicious!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
Sooo Delicious! Made it for a meeting at work and my co-workers devoured it in record time and are asking for more. I substituted the shortening for butter and added 1tsp of vanilla. Thank you!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are delicious! I used extra crunchy peanut butter and stuck to the comments from previous reviews (using vanilla and 2 sugars). However, my cookies were flat. What did I do wrong?
