Easy Tortilla Soup
Excellent recipe. I added my own cooked chicken and used shredded 'Mexican' cheese and lime tortilla chips. Yum. This one's a keeper. Sooooo easy.

Quick and Super Easy Chicken and Dumplings
Delicious, easy, and yummy. Perfect if you're in a hurry, also great for comfort food. Next time I'll be making it w/my own cooked chicken, but the canned chicken isn't horrible. Easy for a toddler to chew too. Thanks!!

Stuffed Shells I
Delicious and easy! I made it the first time w/cottage cheese, but it just didn't taste quite right. Made it the second time around w/ricotta, and it was perfect. This recipe's a keeper!!!
