Cooking for 55 yrs. I bake Everything from scratch. My husband enjoys bread right from the oven with a touch of butter! Love bread making, desserts, Italian, healthy. My chocolate pie is a favorite and always get asked for recipe. French bread and white bread. Took years, but now about as perfect as it gets. Pie crusts are so easy for me and always someone wants to know how. Before I had all the mixers, tools to cook with it was much harder. The right tool makes cooking a breeze and so much better than anything bought from the store and most restaurants.
