About this Cook
I'm a college student, and I love to cook and bake. My mother runs a bakery, so I always grew up watching her bake. My family is full of cooks, and most of our recipes come from my great-grandmother. I aspire to be as good as the rest of them.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking, and I love cooking complex dishes. I dont leave out any of the fat, use butter and whole milk and everything else. I think that life is too short to be concerned about dieting at age 18. I just exercise extra by dancing. So all of my recipes will have full fatted ingredients, but people can change them. Just wont taste as good.
My cooking triumphs
I made a chocolate three layer cake and it looked beautiful! Then I made a big three course dinner for my house, and everyone loved it. They said the cake tasted and looked professional.
My cooking tragedies
One time I was making blueberry muffins from scratch, and I had a lot of fresh-picked blueberries so I doubled the recipe. I forgot to double to flour. They just boiled in the pan. Another time, I stayed up until midnight making white chocolate cupcakes and chocolate whipped ganache-filled cupcakes, all with whipped frosting. Then I woke up at five in the morning to finish the frosting. The person transporting them put them on top of his car for a moment, and forgot to take them off. They all fell on the ground.

Eggplant Parmesan II
I made this and it was just okay for me. It was the first time I ever ate eggplant, and I think I just didnt like the eggplant itself. I'm giving it 5 stars because my roommate and her friends loved it, and even asked me to give them the recipe. For me, I just think I'll stick with chicken.

Perfect Chocolate Cake
I love this cake! It came out perfectly, and that's saying something, since I'm not the most experience baker! Even my mom loved it, and she runs a bakery! The cakes came out fine from the pan, and besides adding extra milk and cocoa to my frosting, I followed the recipe exactly. I will definitely make it again! Don't listen to the people who said it was bad, they probably did something wrong!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III
I loved this recipe! I actualy substituted the white chocolate chips for butterscotch chips and didn't use nuts, and everyone absolutely loved them! Thanks for the recipe!
