A really lovely, easy and delicious stew. I tried it with 1/2 can of lager instead of wine or Guinness and it was very light and flavoursome. Not too heavy. Will regularly use this recipe! Also very easy to make a smaller amount of stew and adjust the ingredients as you see necessary.
